Cancellation-policy

At White Soft Info, we value your time and commitment. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment or registration in one of our training programs, please refer to the following policy.

Cancellation by the Student

You may request cancellation in the following cases:

  • Within 3 days of course enrollment and before accessing any training material.

  • Cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email at Info@whitesoftinfo.com

⚠️ Note: Cancellation after accessing the course content or attending live sessions is not allowed.

Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to:

  • Low enrollment

  • Technical issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances (instructor illness, platform failure, etc.)

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued, or

  • You can choose to shift to the next available batch

No-Show Policy

If you register for a course but do not attend without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show” and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address

  • Course name

  • Reason for cancellation

Processing Time

Cancellation requests will be processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the request. Any refund (if eligible) will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
