At White Soft Info, we value your time and commitment. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment or registration in one of our training programs, please refer to the following policy.
Cancellation by the Student
You may request cancellation in the following cases:
Within 3 days of course enrollment and before accessing any training material.
Cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email at Info@whitesoftinfo.com
⚠️ Note: Cancellation after accessing the course content or attending live sessions is not allowed.
Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to:
Low enrollment
Technical issues
Unforeseen circumstances (instructor illness, platform failure, etc.)
In such cases:
A full refund will be issued, or
You can choose to shift to the next available batch
No-Show Policy
If you register for a course but do not attend without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show” and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Processing Time
